1. VENEER DRYING

Natural veneer usually has moisture content from 35-45%. Veneer drying will improve product characteristics making it more sturdy and resistant to high humidity, pressure, and harsh environment.

2. VENEER LAY-UP

After veneer is dried to favored moisture content, they are laid up perpendicularly by layer.

3. COLD PRESSING

Cold pressing ensures product structure before the permanent hot pressing.

4. HOT PRESSING

Hot Pressing permanently cures WBP Glue to solidify product structure.

5. SANDING AND CUTTING

After product surface is sanded, plywood is trimmed to specific dimensions.

6. FILM LAMINATING

Plywood is laminated with Phenolic Film Layer to resist moisture and maintain high- quality flat concrete surface.

7. EDGE TREATMENT

Plywood edges are then treated with oil-based/epoxy paint to resist envi- ronment humidity.

8. PRODUCT PACKAGING

Products are packaged and stored in a dry and controlled environment.

9. SHIPPING

Products are delivered to construction sites based on customers’ orders and schedules.
