Marine and heavy-duty industrial plywood for boat hulls, container flooring, and environments demanding maximum water resistance, impact strength, and structural rigidity. Bonded with WBP phenolic glue and constructed from dense tropical hardwoods.

Wood Species

Acacia

The primary wood species used in the plywood core veneers. Species determines panel density, structural strength, moisture resistance, and cost. Common species include Eucalyptus (densest), Acacia (balanced), Hevea (lightweight), and Mixed Hardwood (economical).

Acacia mangium — fast-growing tropical plantation hardwood with density of 580–600 kg/m³. Offers good structural strength, natural durability, and excellent cost-effectiveness. Widely used for plywood cores across Southeast Asian manufacturing.
