Marine and heavy-duty industrial plywood for boat hulls, container flooring, and environments demanding maximum water resistance, impact strength, and structural rigidity. Bonded with WBP phenolic glue and constructed from dense tropical hardwoods.

Wood Species

Hevea

The primary wood species used in the plywood core veneers. Species determines panel density, structural strength, moisture resistance, and cost. Common species include Eucalyptus (densest), Acacia (balanced), Hevea (lightweight), and Mixed Hardwood (economical).

Hevea brasiliensis (Rubberwood) — lightweight plantation hardwood with clean, light-colored grain. Primarily used for interior furniture components, decorative panels, and economy plywood cores where moderate strength and a uniform appearance are valued.
