Quick Answers

Which Vinawood Schaltafel grades suit German construction sites?
Our film-faced range covers four grades for DACH work. Form Basic is rated for up to 10 reuses and Form Extra for up to 15, both on an MUF bond to EN 636-2 (Class 2). Pro Form Lite (up to 15) and Pro Form (up to 20) carry a phenolic Class 3 bond to EN 636-3 for longer or more exposed programmes.
Should I specify EN 636-2 or EN 636-3 for Deckenschalung?
For covered slab forms on a normal cycle, a Class 2 panel such as Form Extra is often enough, provided cut edges are sealed and stacks are kept dry. When panels sit out in the weather, rotate many times or form exposed concrete, specify Class 3 to EN 636-3 instead, which on our range means Pro Form or Pro Form Lite. Write the bond class on the RFQ next to the grade so the quote matches the job.
Do you supply the EU sheet size of 2500 × 1250 mm?
Yes. Form Basic, Form Extra, Pro Form Lite and Pro Form are listed in 2500 × 1250 mm as well as 1220 × 2440 mm, in thicknesses from 12 to 21 mm. Most German slab and wall programmes run on 18 mm or 21 mm, and one container can mix sizes and thicknesses if the site needs both.
Is a Siebdruckplatte the same as film-faced plywood?
Yes, Siebdruckplatte is the usual German name for film-faced plywood with a phenolic film on the face, while Schaltafel is the broader word for a formwork panel. Asking for a Schaltafel aus Siebdruckplatte tells a mill you want a film-faced forming board rather than sawn Schalholz. Add the grade, bond class and reuse rating so there is no room for a different sheet to arrive.
What does a formwork panel from Vietnam cost?
We do not publish list prices, because the figure depends on grade, thickness, sheet size, order volume and destination port. Send the specification through the quote request form and you get a written offer for that exact panel. Comparing quotes is easiest when every supplier prices the same grade, bond class and reuse rating.
How do I order a full container for Germany?
Orders ship by the container directly from our mill in Vietnam, and a single container can combine grades and thicknesses. The container loading calculator shows sheet counts by thickness before you ask for a quote. State the destination port, such as Hamburg or Bremen, on the RFQ so the offer covers the right route.
