Quick Answers

What plywood product lines are available?
Choose the plywood range by application: film-faced panels for concrete forming, marine plywood for wet-service work, and hardwood or commercial panels for furniture and interior projects.
What should I include in a plywood quotation request?
State the application, thickness, sheet size, face or overlay, glue class when relevant, quantity, and destination so the quotation matches the job.
Which plywood is used for concrete forming?
Film-faced plywood is the usual starting point for concrete forming. Match the overlay, bond class, thickness, and reuse requirement to the formwork programme.
How do I request a quotation?
Send the project specification through the contact route and include the quantity, dimensions, grade, and delivery destination.
Where can I buy film faced plywood direct from the manufacturer?
Vinawood has made plywood in Vietnam since 1992 and sells film faced plywood manufacturer-direct to importers and formwork contractors in 55+ countries. Orders ship by the container. Full compliance documents travel with every shipment, so the buyer can see the bond class and origin behind each pack before it reaches site. A local yard is quicker for a few sheets on a short job, but a season's programme is better quoted from the mill through our quotation form, with grade, thickness, sheet size and destination port in the first message.
What can I specify on a film faced plywood order?
Most of the sheet is a choice rather than a default. On the Vinawood range you pick the format (1220 × 2440 mm or 1250 × 2500 mm), a thickness from 12 to 21 mm and the bond class: MUF glue to EN 636-2 on Eco Form, Eco Form Plus, Form Basic and Form Extra, or phenolic glue to EN 636-3 on Pro Form Lite and Pro Form. The core is plantation Acacia and Eucalyptus, and the reuse rating climbs with the grade, from up to 10 pours on Form Basic to up to 20 on Pro Form. Film colour is a marking habit rather than a class, so put the bond class and the reuse target on the RFQ and check both against the film faced plywood range.
