MatteFace Plywood is Vinawood's matte fenolfilm-gecoate paneel voor bekisting en gerelateerde toepassingen. Kopers zoeken er vaak naar als "MDO bekistingsmultiplex." Het is geen traditioneel papier-overlay MDO dat voor bewegwijzering en geverfde grafieken wordt gebruikt. MatteFace gebruikt een matte fenolfilm met een papierachtige uitstraling en gevoel — geen papieroverlay. Het zijn dezelfde panelen als onze vorige MDO-productlijn (1S / 2S / 1SF / Eco / HD).

Film faced plywood, also sold as phenolic film faced plywood, shuttering plywood or formwork plywood, is plywood overlaid on both faces with a phenolic resin film so it can be poured against and reused as concrete formwork. The glue line is what splits the grades in this category. Form Basic uses WBP melamine (MUF) glue at EN 636-2 / Class 2, while Pro Form uses WBP phenolic glue at EN 636-3 / Class 3. Both sit on Acacia and Eucalyptus cores, with 165 gsm film on Form Basic and 125 gsm top-grade film on Pro Form, in 2440×1220 and 2500×1250 mm sheets from 12 to 21 mm thick.
