What is HDO 1SF formwork plywood?
HDO 1SF (One Side Face) is a formwork plywood with a high-density phenolic overlay on one face only. The opposite face has a standard sanded or film finish. It is designed for applications where only one side contacts the concrete.
When should I choose 1SF over 2S HDO plywood?
Choose 1SF when only one panel face contacts concrete — such as slab formwork or one-sided wall forms. The 2S (two-sided) version is better for double-sided wall formwork or applications where both faces need the HDO surface. 1SF is more cost-effective when only one smooth face is required.
