Quick Answers

What is klojinių fanera, and how should Lithuanian buyers ask for it?
Klojiniai means formwork in Lithuanian and laminuota fanera is film-faced plywood, so laminuota fanera klojiniams is the clearest way to ask for a pour panel. Put the EN 636 class, thickness and sheet format on the request. The class tells a supplier which core glue you need, and that matters more for site life than the colour of the face.
Is Vinawood formwork plywood CE marked for Lithuanian projects?
Yes. We hold CE marking under EN 13986, and the Declaration of Performance (DoP) for your grade and thickness comes with the order. CE-marked panels with a DoP are accepted on construction sites across the EU, Lithuania included.
What is the minimum order for Vietnam formwork plywood?
We ship by the container, and the sheet count, grade mix and payment terms are confirmed on your quotation. If a project needs more than one grade or thickness, say so on the request so the mix is planned with the quote. Send the grade, thickness, sheet format and destination port, and the quotation comes back with the CE paperwork for the order.
How many pours does each Vinawood formwork grade give?
We rate Eco Form Plus at up to 8 pours, Form Basic at up to 10, Form Extra and Pro Form Lite at up to 15, and Pro Form at up to 20. These are ceilings rather than promises. How close a site gets to them depends on even release agent, sealed cut edges and dry, flat storage between pours.
Which grade suits Lithuanian weather and infrastructure work?
For walls, slabs and foundations that dry out between pours, the EN 636-2 grades with MUF core glue are the usual choice. Bridges, retaining walls and other work that stays wet for long periods call for EN 636-3, the Class 3 phenolic bond on Pro Form and Pro Form Lite. Whatever the grade, seal every site cut, because water gets in at the edge first.
Which sheet sizes and thicknesses are available?
Every grade comes in the 2500 × 1250 mm EU format and in 2440 × 1220 mm, at 12, 15, 18 and 21 mm. 18 mm is the usual starting point for walls and slabs, while 21 mm suits higher walls or wider bearer spacing. The formwork plan should still set the final thickness.
