Quick Answers

What is debniaca preglejka?
Debniaca preglejka is the Slovak term for formwork plywood, the panel crews pour concrete against. On Vinawood grades both faces carry a phenolic film that releases cleanly from cured concrete, so the sheet can go back into the form for the next pour. We make it in the 2500 × 1250 mm EU format and in 2440 × 1220 mm, at 12, 15, 18 and 21 mm.
Is Vietnamese formwork plywood accepted under Slovak STN EN standards?
Yes. Slovakia adopts EN 636 as STN EN 636, and we supply panels to EN 636-2 or EN 636-3 with CE marking under EN 13986. The Declaration of Performance for your grade and thickness is the document to keep on file for the site.
How does formwork plywood reach Slovakia from Vietnam?
Slovakia has no sea port, so containers land at a European port and continue by road or rail, with Koper and Hamburg as common choices. We sell FOB Hai Phong as standard, and a delivered price to a named port can be quoted on request. Ask for current sailing times with the quotation, since schedules change through the year.
What thickness and grade suit Slovak formwork jobs?
For residential and commercial forming, 18 mm is the usual starting point, with Eco Form Plus (up to 8 reuses) or Form Basic (up to 10) on shorter programmes. Infrastructure and long-wet work call for EN 636-3, which Pro Form (up to 20 reuses) and Pro Form Lite (up to 15) carry. The formwork plan should still set the final thickness.
What is the minimum order for Vietnam formwork plywood?
We ship by the container, and the sheet count, grade mix and payment terms are confirmed on your quotation. If a project needs more than one grade or thickness, say so on the request so the mix is planned with the quote. Send the grade, thickness, sheet format and destination port, and the quotation comes back with the CE paperwork for the order.
Does a phenolic film face make a panel Class 3?
No. The class comes from the glue in the core, not the film on the face. Every Vinawood formwork grade carries a phenolic face film, but Eco Form Plus, Form Basic and Form Extra use MUF core glue at EN 636-2 Class 2, while Pro Form and Pro Form Lite are phenolic-bonded to EN 636-3 Class 3. Form Extra reaches up to 15 pours through its Superior Glue MUF line and still stays Class 2.
