Concrete formwork is dominated by film-faced plywood with WBP-grade glue lines and calibrated thickness. Core species (Acacia, Eucalyptus, mixes) affects panel weight, screw-holding, and the number of pour cycles achievable under your site conditions.
Specification checklist
Ask for film type (Chinese vs European paper), glue system, thickness tolerance, and whether the mill certifies reuse cycles for your mix design and release agent.
18 mm and 21 mm are common structural formwork thicknesses; larger panels (e.g. 1250×2500) reduce joints but are heavier per sheet.
