Plywood for marine and humid interiors
True marine plywood (BS 1088, etc.) is a certification and glue-line category—not a generic export description. For humid interiors, specify WBP glue, acceptable species, and test evidence appropriate to your class society or building code.
Due diligence
Do not assume all “marine plywood” claims are interchangeable. Request mill certificates and, where required, third-party test reports.
