Specifications
Basic Specifications
- Grade
Premium AA-grade panel with high-quality veneers throughout all layers. Minimal defects, uniform composition, and superior structural integrity for high-performance formwork and demanding construction applications.
- Color
Standard high-density coating appearance providing even coloring and adequate surface smoothness for general-purpose formwork use.
- Application
Concrete forming and shuttering panels engineered to withstand repeated pours, chemical exposure, and high moisture on construction sites. Formwork plywood features overlay surfaces (phenolic, HDO, or MDO) for smooth concrete finishes and extended reuse life.
- Back
Dark brown phenolic or resin-treated back surface. Indicates phenolic film backing providing effective moisture resistance, chemical protection, and structural stability for formwork and industrial panels.
- Back Color
Solid dark brown back finish characteristic of phenolic resin-treated surfaces. Indicates good moisture resistance and chemical durability on the back panel.
- Core Grade
Core veneers all graded AA with minimal defects, tight joints, and uniform density. Delivers superior internal bonding strength and consistent panel performance under structural load.
- Face
Standard-grade high density overlay coating. Provides good surface smoothness, moisture resistance, and concrete release properties for general formwork at an economical price point compared to premium HDO grades.
- Face Color
Standard high-density coating finish providing good surface smoothness and even coloring for general formwork applications at an economical price point.
- Glue
Basic exterior-grade adhesive providing fundamental weather resistance at an economical price point. Suitable for temporary structures, construction hoarding, and light exterior use where extended outdoor durability is not critical.

- Wood Species
Acacia mangium — fast-growing tropical plantation hardwood with density of 580–600 kg/m³. Offers good structural strength, natural durability, and excellent cost-effectiveness. Widely used for plywood cores across Southeast Asian manufacturing.; Eucalyptus plantation hardwood with high density (650–750 kg/m³), tight grain, and superior structural rigidity. Excellent dimensional stability and moisture resistance — the closest tropical species to Baltic Birch in performance characteristics.

Compliance
- Applicable Certifications
International quality management system standard. Certifies that manufacturing processes follow documented procedures for consistent product quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction across all production batches.; European harmonised standard EN 13986 for wood-based panels in construction. CE Marking certifies compliance with EU requirements for structural performance, formaldehyde emissions, and fire reaction under the Construction Products Regulation (CPR).; Forest Stewardship Council Chain of Custody certification. Verifies the wood originates from responsibly managed forests and is tracked through every stage of the supply chain from forest to final product, supporting sustainable forestry practices.
