Premium-grade High Density Overlay with enhanced resin content and superior surface hardness. Delivers maximum abrasion resistance and the smoothest concrete release for high-specification formwork requiring 20+ reuse cycles.
- Face Color
Deep brown face finish indicating phenolic film or high-density overlay treatment. The standard appearance for formwork and industrial-grade plywood panels.
- Glue
Water Boil Proof phenolic formaldehyde adhesive — the highest water-resistance glue standard. Withstands 72+ hours in boiling water without delamination. Required for marine, exterior, and heavy-duty formwork plywood.
