Specifications
Basic Specifications
- Grade
Premium AA-grade panel with high-quality veneers throughout all layers. Minimal defects, uniform composition, and superior structural integrity for high-performance formwork and demanding construction applications.
- Color
Natural hardwood color displaying original wood grain and tone without films, overlays, or coatings applied to the surface.
- Application
General-purpose plywood suitable for a wide range of construction, industrial, and commercial applications including interior fit-out, temporary structures, hoarding, and general building where specialized overlays are not required.
- Back
Grade C natural wood back veneer. Allows visible knots, color variation, patches, and minor defects per grading standards. Suitable for concealed or structural applications where back appearance is secondary.
- Back Color
Untreated natural hardwood back color showing the original grain pattern. Indicates no additional film, paint, or overlay coating is applied to the back surface.
- Core Grade
Core veneers all graded AA with minimal defects, tight joints, and uniform density. Delivers superior internal bonding strength and consistent panel performance under structural load.
- Face
Economy-grade D natural wood veneer. Permits knots, splits, and surface defects per industry grading standards. Used for non-visible structural faces in packing, construction, and economy plywood where appearance is secondary to function.
- Face Color
Natural hardwood face showing original wood grain, color, and tone. Ideal for applications where a genuine timber appearance is desired without films, overlays, or coatings.
- Glue
General-purpose adhesive providing basic protection against humidity and intermittent moisture exposure. Suitable for light-duty exterior and semi-exposed applications where full WBP rating is not required.

- Wood Species
Acacia mangium — fast-growing tropical plantation hardwood with density of 580–600 kg/m³. Offers good structural strength, natural durability, and excellent cost-effectiveness. Widely used for plywood cores across Southeast Asian manufacturing.; Eucalyptus plantation hardwood with high density (650–750 kg/m³), tight grain, and superior structural rigidity. Excellent dimensional stability and moisture resistance — the closest tropical species to Baltic Birch in performance characteristics.
