Grade

Panel constructed with a combination of different veneer grades across core layers. Cost-effective option for formwork and industrial applications where consistent grading throughout is not required.

Color

Deep brown coloring characteristic of phenolic resin-treated or film-faced surfaces on formwork and industrial plywood panels.

Application

Concrete forming and shuttering panels engineered to withstand repeated pours, chemical exposure, and high moisture on construction sites. Formwork plywood features overlay surfaces (phenolic, HDO, or MDO) for smooth concrete finishes and extended reuse life.

Back

Standard 165 g/m² phenolic film on the back surface. Provides enhanced moisture resistance and dimensional stability for formwork panels requiring balanced face-and-back protection during repeated concrete pours.

Back Color

Solid dark brown back finish characteristic of phenolic resin-treated surfaces. Indicates good moisture resistance and chemical durability on the back panel.

Core Grade

Core veneers composed of mixed-grade hardwood plies. A cost-effective construction providing adequate structural performance for formwork and general industrial applications.

Face

High Density Overlay at 500 g/m² — the heaviest HDO specification. Extremely smooth, abrasion-resistant resin-impregnated fiber surface that produces steel-form quality concrete finishes with maximum reuse cycles (20+ pours).

Face Color

Deep brown face finish indicating phenolic film or high-density overlay treatment. The standard appearance for formwork and industrial-grade plywood panels.

Glue

Proprietary melamine-fortified bonding adhesive. Engineered for enhanced moisture resistance and structural bonding in formwork and construction-grade plywood, combining cost efficiency with reliable exterior performance.
