What is phenolic plywood?
Phenolic plywood is a high-performance formwork panel with a phenolic resin film bonded to one or both faces under heat and pressure. The film creates an extremely hard, smooth, chemical-resistant surface that releases cleanly from cured concrete. It uses WBP waterproof glue throughout and is designed for many reuse cycles in concrete forming applications.
How many times can phenolic formwork plywood be reused?
Vinawood P-Form phenolic formwork plywood is engineered for a high number of concrete pour cycles when properly maintained — cleaned after each use and stored flat and dry.
