Discipline: Interior Architecture
Ifworlddesignguide – ZENS is a new brand which promotes a tea culture lifestyle for Chinese consumers. We designed their store in the first floor of The China World Trade Center. The structure is challenging, narrow and oval shaped. Considering the space, we decided to use the concept of the circle in East as a design concept. We chose a technology without borders in order to soften floors, walls, edges and the corner of the roof, thereby transferring the attention from size to shape and making the store’s inside/outside border more permeable.
